Nanny / Childcare Specialist

Job Summary

Cozy Care is seeking a compassionate and responsible Nanny to provide high-quality care for infants and young children.

The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment tailored to each child’s developmental needs.

As a direct representative of Cozy Care, the nanny must maintain a professional, warm, and trustworthy presence at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized care to assigned child(ren) in a home setting
• Maintain a consistent daily routine including feeding, changing, and napping
• Support developmental milestones through play, reading, and structured activities
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment at all times
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child’s activities, behavior, and needs
• Prepare baby meals/formulas and assist with light housekeeping related to the child
• Respond quickly and calmly in case of emergencies
• Respect the family’s values, preferences, and privacy

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a nanny, babysitter, or in early childhood care
• Certification in Infant and Child CPR & First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Strong understanding of child development and safety protocols
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; childcare training is a plus
• Clean background check and references required

Work Conditions

• Flexible working hours depending on client needs
• Primarily in-home care (may involve travel between client homes)
• May require evening or weekend availability
